After the busy spell of Ramadan, Eid, and the fast-paced pre-summer period, the entire team felt the need for a well-deserved break. And what better way to recharge than celebrating one year of Pack and Track Delivery Service LLC’s renewed journey—through a fun-filled day of games, bonding, and team spirit?
Early on the morning of August 10th, the team gathered excitedly at the Horizon School Auditorium, eager to see what the day had in store. A dedicated bus transported everyone from the office to the venue, and all staff proudly arrived in their bright uniforms, showcasing unity and a strong team identity.
By 9:30 AM, we were welcomed warmly by the hosts. The auditorium was beautifully arranged with a stage setup, video presentations, and a colorful array of gifts waiting to be won. The theme of the event was clear: Team Building, and every member was geared up for a day filled with energy and enthusiasm.
The program began with a motivational speech from the General Manager, highlighting the company’s goals, achievements, and the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Soon after, the real excitement kicked off. A series of interactive games were organized, ensuring participation from every individual. The spirit was high, and the message of teamwork was clearly felt throughout.
Before lunch, a special prize distribution was held to appreciate staff who had shown exceptional performance in recent months. These outstanding employees received souvenirs and thoughtful gifts as a token of recognition for their hard work and dedication.
The event wrapped up with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by the Managing Director. And of course, no celebration is complete without delicious food—everyone enjoyed a hearty serving of biryani, ending the day on a joyful and satisfying note. It was truly a memorable Sunday, filled with laughter, learning, and recharged energy, with the lucky winners walking away with exciting gifts. Here’s to many more such days in the coming months!
