Fuel surcharge rates are updated every month and are based on the average cost of kerosene-type jet fuel in the U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC). The pricing information is taken from the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA), and the calculation is made using the fuel rate published roughly two weeks before the first Monday of each month.

For customers using a Pack and Track Delivery Service account, the applicable fuel surcharge is automatically reflected on the monthly invoice. Clients who book deliveries occasionally will see the fuel surcharge included directly within their service fees.
